Open Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.

On Fridays we're closed from 12pm - 1pm.

An appointment is needed for patients to receive a comprehensive exam. We do take emergency walk-ins for eye injuries or trauma. For your convenience, you may request an appointment online or by telephone.

Prior to your appointment, please print and fill out our patient information form

If you have a current prescription and would like to purchase eyewear or contact lenses, an appointment is not necessary. You can come in make your selection anytime during office hours.

If you need to pick up your eyewear or contact lenses, no appointment is necessary for the fitting. Just stop in anytime during office hours. There may be short wait for your fitting if the opticians are assisting regularly scheduled patients.
